Yea they're pretty much finished. All they have been doing lately is promoting chin chin and converting to pop and ignoring the few hip hop artists on the label. Good hip hop = Rhymesayers.
This labels a joke now. i

This labels a joke now. i hear there not even releasing that danny record and thats the closest thing to hip hop they would've put out all year. Their best release this year was a reissue. Depart from me, please. DJXP4, with the exception of despot and hail mary malon, was not that good. Def jux is close to being done. Rhymesayers killed it this year. Def jux = sad day
*yawn* DJX has not been that

Yeah, it's amazing to me how Def Jux has gone so far down hill. Such a strange strategy they've taken on of ignoring what the fans want, opting to instead put their friends on and heavily promote the shit out of music the fans are clearly expressing no interest in. I guess they're trying to run the label into the ground on purpose?
